Four couples participating in an ongoing discussion group use Voice Therapy techniques to identify negative thoughts that interfere with their ability to relate closely. They then share their insights and plan behavioral changes. Prior to their involvement in the group meetings, these individuals had been unable to sustain long-term relationships; follow-up showed substantial improvement in relating.
